General

Sorry, discount codes cannot be used in combination.

We accept the following forms of payment: Paypal, Credit card & debit card directly, Apple pay & Google pay

Account

When you register an account, you can easily view your order information or track packages in your account.

Shipping

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed. You’ll receive a shipment notification with a tracking number as soon as your order's package ships.

Most Local Shipping in Hong Kong will be delivered in 5 business days.
For international orders, Express shipping usually takes 7-14 business days.

We have three warehouses located in Hong Kong/Mainland China. Most best-selling items can be shipped from local, and arrive soon.

Once your package ships out, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with tracking information.

If for any reason your order doesn't work out, you may submit a return request within 3 days of receiving your order.
All items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and unused, with their original KAMA MUTA tags attached.

Please contact our customer service team within 24 hours via Live Chat or info@penefits.hk for assistance. We will be able to change the order if the package has not been shipped out.

Please rest assured that the item will arrive soon. Items may be shipped from different warehouses and delivered at different times. Please check your order for multiple tracking numbers. You may also reach out to our customer service team at info@penefits.hk for further assistance.

Although this rarely happens. If the item arrive damaged, please contact our customer service in a timely manner. We apologize for your less-than-perfect experience.
