RETURN POLICY
If you would like to return your order for any quality issues, please contact us within 30 calendar days after delivery.
RETURNS OR REPLACEMENT
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving the item. If 15 days have gone since you received the purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging. Returns cannot be accepted if the item is damaged, missing parts not due to store error, or sent back after the 15-day period.

REFUNDS
After the returned item is received and inspected, an email notification will be sent confirming its arrival and whether the refund request has been approved or declined.
Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the original payment method within a few days. The exact time for the refund to appear will depend on the payment provider. Please see below for details:

For credit or debit card payments, the refund will be issued to the card-issuing bank within 7 business days after the returned item is received or the cancellation request is confirmed. For details on when the refund will appear, please contact the card-issuing bank directly.

For PayPal payments, the refund will be returned to the PayPal account within 3 business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If a refund has not arrived, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank since additional processing time is sometimes required. If the refund is still not received after these steps, please reach out to us at

RETURN SHIPPING
To initiate a return, please contact
service@kamamuta.shop first. Our customer service team will provide instructions and confirmation before the product can be sent back. Returns sent without prior confirmation may not be identifiable at the warehouse and could result in the refund being unavailable.
No restocking fee will be charged for returns.
For items valued over USD 50, it is recommended to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as receipt of returned items cannot be guaranteed.

Returns or replacements apply only to products purchased directly from
kamamuta.shop. For items bought through third-party sellers, please contact the seller directly.

After the returned package is received and verified under the warranty terms, a full refund or replacement will be provided for all eligible products.

All accessories must be new and unopened to qualify for a refund. To be eligible for a replacement or refund, items should be in as-new condition and, where possible, returned in their original sealed packaging. If an accessory is returned without reason, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

For general returns (non-quality related), the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

If a product arrives defective or not working (DOA), the return shipping cost will be covered after inspection and confirmation that the warranty is still valid.
