Shipping Policy

Order Comfirmation

After an order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent with the order details and shipping information. Please review this carefully (country, street number, company name, unit, etc.) and contact us promptly if any corrections are needed. If the confirmation email is not received within 24 hours, please check the spam or junk folder before reaching out to us.


Change My Shipping Address

If the shipping address is incorrect, please contact service@kamamuta.shop within 24 hours of placing the order to update the information. Once the order has been shipped, the address can no longer be modified.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after being placed. Please ensure the shipping address is correct, as it cannot be changed once the order has been shipped. Shipments are made on business days (Monday to Friday).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed within 48 hours of the next business day.

Processing times may be longer during peak periods (such as holidays or major sales). We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Tracking

Once the item ships, a Shipment Confirmation email will be sent with the order number, carrier information, shipping date, order status, and tracking number. Tracking information usually becomes available within 24 hours on the carrier’s official website.

When the parcel arrives in the destination country, the local postal service will take over. The same tracking number can be used on the local postal service’s website. If tracking shows a failed delivery attempt, please contact the local post office directly for details, as they will have the most accurate information.

For any issues with tracking, please email service@kamamuta.shop for assistance. Please note that tracking information is available for 60 days; after this period, support cannot be provided.


Delivery

Delivery may take longer during peak periods or if the parcel is held by customs. In special situations, delays of up to 5 business days may occur. While every effort is made to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Every effort is made to ensure products are well protected during transit. If an item arrives damaged, please email service@kamamuta.shop within 3 business days of delivery and include photos of the damage (outer packaging and inside the box)

Whenever possible, note any delivery issues (such as damaged or wet packaging, or bent/torn products) directly with the carrier at the time of receipt.


PLEASE NOTE

  • In the event of force majeure (such as severe weather), order processing may be delayed. Orders will be handled as quickly as possible once conditions allow.
  • Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Packages returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address can be re-shipped, with the additional shipping cost covered by the customer.
  • For returns not related to a quality issue, the return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer.
